For a valentine I wanted to treat myself this flower. Heard a lot about it and they didn’t disappoint! It just so cute!

Store employees were really friendly! I was amazed how friendly they were. First time and I know I’m going again and again.

My first experience with VF.

The candle smells nice, haven't had the chocolate yet but it smells very floral/rosy.

Apparently the cover can't go back on. I was on vacation, it was dropped off at my hotel, but then it couldn't fit into my suitcase.

I almost missed my flight, check in for me was a headache, they held me back. My bf opted to buy another ticket to keep it safe but the airline was being extremely difficult.

By the time I got home 2/4 flowers were absolutely destroyed. I tossed the single rose but I'll donate the big box.

I spoke to the airline about the issue - their solution does not make up for my damaged flowers 😒.

He wants to order me another small one, bringing his total spending to over $1130.. :/

It's not VF's fault so I'm still leaving a decent review.

The scents are prominent, the colors are vivid and pretty, and the arrangements are oh-so-lovely.

My husband ordered me huge box of my favorite color roses. I received it right before my birthday in July 2022. now its March 2023 and my roses are still in perfect shape. I think they will even last longer than a year. The box is super cute and I am planning to keep it after because my husband also did special Happy Birthday engraving on the lid. I would absolutely order it again.

Came here to get my daughter’s birthday gift. I got a cream roses in a perfect vase.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR SITE! their customer service is horrible- I placed an order and my coupon code for some reason wasn't applied, and the store refused to honor it because "No further modifications or cancellations can be made after placing the order, as stated in our terms of sales you had agreed to at checkout."

You got to be kidding. Puts a sour taste in my mouth for the whole brand- buy Million Roses or some other brand instead

Horrible company that does not live up to what they advertise. Their flowers are good for maybe 1-2 weeks and then become discolored, start to wilt and fall off. I purchased a gold bouquet 2 years ago and the gold spray started to fall off within 1 month and they said it was normal and refused to accommodate any resolution. I decided to give them another try this year for Mother's Day and bought a $500 bouquet of simple pink roses in a velvet box. Essentially within a week of delivery they turned from pink to white, from rose to crumbling wilting garbage. I contacted them 3 times to get a response and they said:

"Normally, with proper care, our arrangements may last up to one full year. Please keep in mind that every arrangement is unique and that these are real roses, therefore color and texture may vary between arrangements as they age. A lot can depend on temperature, environment, or surroundings. Usually after such time, the arrangement may fade, lose color, or not look as "fresh" as when it was brand new. It's unusual for flowers to fall off, but possible. "

Their response - essentially they told me to go F myself b/c they have zero quality control and made it seem like I've had this bouquet for half a year or something and complained about them. Note - even in their email they say it's possible for flowers to even all off! Unbelievable.

I reached out to my credit card company (Chase Sapphire Reserve) who contacted them and told me that since they don't have a return policy and even though they advertise that their roses last for a year, their policy also states "with proper care" and that means that even if they go bad within the week they are protecting themselves against any and all defective products.

Mind you that their policy on their website states that these roses require no care: "water is not needed to keep them that way. In fact, if you want your roses to continue looking their best, it is important that you do not water them, and make sure you keep them contained in the hat box you received them in".

Essentially I just blew $500 (plus tax and an obnoxious shipping fee of course) and have a bouquet of discolored wilted garbage in a pretty velvet box on display. But I love all the celebrity love they get on IG. Pure paid false advertisement.

Save yourself the money and get your wives a bouquet of real flowers every week all year long and you'll both be happier about it.

Recieved my first small bouquet of 4 hot pink 🌹 (JAN 2021) In 😍 LOVE the packaging was immaculate and they smell amazing! I can gladly report 1 year later they are still looking great 👍 so VENUS ET FLEUR is now my #1 flower stop! I love the NO MAINTENANCE no water no sunlight..just placed my 2nd order for a friend (1/10/22) she absolutely loves them (suede box with 4 pearl roses -sympathy roses) 3rd order 1/27/22 marble round box $399 gift to myself the perfect birthday present!

JUST DONT! I have ordered from Venus et Fleur on multiple occasions. I never had an issue in the past. However, in my most recent order I was sent a defective set of flowers. After pleading with them I was made the "courtesy" of a replacement. I was asked to first send the deflective flowers back, all with in 48 hours in the midst of a pandemic. Upon receiving them I was told my replacement would be sent. Forget about going above and beyond for their customer. Venus et Fleur could not even do the bare minimum to rectify their defective product. The communication has been absolutely abysmal. I have been following up daily to try and get this resolved. The cherry on top of this madness is that I still don't have the replacement flowers for my wife nor a confirmation that my replacement was sent. Once these guys have your money they could care less about you or your experience. This entire ordeal has just been terrible. This is by no means a "luxury" brand peddling a "luxury" product and experience this is a sham.

*09/13/2021. UPDATE. No one called, contrary to this message. No one also answered my e-mail about my replacement. I did however get the replacement. It was the same flowers I originally received however they attempted to "fix" them with a hot glue gun, they even managed to leave two separate glue stains on the acrylic. Photos below. Spent $250 and all I received in return is a nightmare with no end in sight. My original order was on August 20th, its almost been a month and I cannot get a replacement or my money back. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! They incorporate some of the most deceptive business practices I have ever seen. The product is sub-par and the experience is even worse.
