An interesting concept of #Every Human, using a questionnaire for an AI to concoct and a robo to blend your personal perfume. It’s definitely more of a one time experience than a regular purchasing. A bit like a visit to a chocolate factory.
It’d have been more impressive if the smell was DNA linked. From various reviews here, a mixed success.

As for me, I’ll continue shipping perfumes in duty frees ? ?

The fragrance shop Marble Arch End has a great selection of different perfumes! ?️ They have a huge variety of scents to choose from, and the prices are very reasonable. ? This may be the second largest collection of fragrances in England! It's a fantastic concept, but sometimes it can be hard to choose just one. ? The floor staff were so good and they need recognition. One of the staff asked the manger for help today and she didn’t even look for the free gift and said there is None. Walked in later then the staff went to look and found it. Would be a 5 star but the manager on shift at 15:15 was so unhelpful and giving me bad looks after the other staff found the bag. I hope to see the floor staff progress as they really have the best attitude towards the customer.

Absolutely the worst experience I usually come to this store to buy my perfumes for me and my family I came in today to buy two gifts sets that I have been seeing in the store for a few days and when it’s time to pay they tell me triple the price even though that not what was displayed the refused to honor the price for me thank god I took the pictures of the set a few days ago so I have evidence I ended up not buying the sets. Absolute liars just trying to get customers they have lost a loyal customer now.

I recently visited this perfume shop, they have partnered with EveryHuman whom revolutionizes the fragrance selection process. Their innovative approach involves filling out a questionnaire, allowing their AI to craft personalized perfume suggestions tailored to person lifestyle.
The questionnaire took around 5-10 minutes to fill, and I have selected to pick them up to see the machine, the overall result was good.

Staff needs to learn a lot of things in here. They need to learn how to be transparent about there products to customers. I placed an order about scentaddict, and the staff couldn't even respond properly. Neither the customer service is worth of any sort of help. This isn't about money this is about educating people after hiring them. One of the worst experience ever.

I went in there few days ago and a very nice employee called Andrea’s approached me in a very nice way trying to help, as I was looking for a winter fragrance. What an expert he is, he suggested few perfumes to suit my skin and the weather, very kind and chatty. If you ever go in there you must look out for him!!!!
