Pics: What my daughter ordered vs what I received. Would give zero stars if I could. I’m sure she paid good money for these flowers and they didn’t last a day before drooping and wilting. I think my daughter is owed a refund and I will contact The Florist Family (who has no legitimate website or FB page). I put the flowers in a different vase to try to make them look better. Very disappointed in their obviously Not fresh flowers.

I was excited about receiving flowers for my anniversary, until my husband showed me what he ordered versus what was delivered. He ordered an extra large bouquet. They delivered a medium bouquet. What was delivered is not worth the price he paid. He went online and requested a redelivery for the correct size, website said it was delivered but they never redelivered the flowers.

My kids deserve a 100% refund on their floral purchase from this shop... they live in another state and placed an order online. What was delivered to my front door was absolutely NOT what they ordered and paid for as you can see in the photos... if the florist couldn’t fulfill the order as specified, they should have let my kids know that so that they could make other arrangements instead of wasting their money. This is very poor business practice...

Update: A replacement arrangement was delivered to my home today (3 days after initial Mother’s Day delivery). I will attach pictures of it here with the pictures that are already posted. The replacement arrangement is still nothing at all like what was ordered and paid for. Do yourself a favor and don’t order from this florist or 1-800-Flowers. They’re both terrible businesses...

I was supposed to receive a beautiful bouquet of flowers on my birthday 09/16/23 but instead I received these dead bushes a day late on 09/17. When I called to let the florist know that I did not receive the flowers on my birthday and the quality of the ones delivered. I was met with a condescending attitude of basically oh well they weren’t loaded on the truck for you to get the delivery on the 16th. And there’s nothing we can do about that. My advice to anyone is SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST. They do not care about customer service or the quality of their product. Please heed the advice of me and many others who was disappointed in this florist.

The flowers I received on Mothers Day were unacceptable. The roses were moldy and half dead. The lilly's were dehydrated and unhealthy. Very disappointed. Requesting a refund.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! I received flowers today September 12, 2023 that were supposed to be delivered on August 29, 2023. The flowers were dead, and the water in the vase was brown. Why would a reputable business conduct themselves in this manner? I tried calling the one 800 and local number for this business and all I received were busy signals. I tried several times over the course of the day and could never get through to anyone to address the issue with the delivery. I also attempted to contact the company on the “contact us” form provided on the business’s website, but it will not allow me to type a message. I’m extremely angry that a business would take pride in delivering a beyond sub par product and not think twice. This is a terrible way to conduct your business. I am so disappointed and extremely disgusted by the level of incompetence on display here. Flowers are meant to make people happy, and this company failed in epic proportion. My advice to anyone considering using this company to think twice before doing business with The Florist Family. If you go through 1-800-Flowers and the delivery is in the Tampa/St Pete/Clearwater area, ask them which local florist they use. If it’s The Florist Family run away!

A negative star would justify this company, which was a very poor selection by 1800…. First picture is the online picture, I order a large, the second picture is the actual delivery ? the third picture is a so cal replacement ?.. Do I need to say more? ,NO, the pictures speak volumes about their lack of ability to do floral arrangements

I received fresh cut flowers from here that were ordered on line from Canada. They are the prettiest most beautiful flowers I have ever received! One week later, not 1 petal is fallen off. A beautiful birthday gift ?
