Always gorgeous and thoughtfully designed floral arrangements. I event plan and all great events have memorable flowers. For a corporate holiday party this past Friday, they designed white with green & silver accents; to go with our silver and white snowflake theme. Highly recommend them!

I'm sure they do great flowers, but I recently had a minor MINOR car incident where their Van was double parked and I clipped their driver side mirror. Their Driver was completely unruly after the incident while I tried to remain calm and assess the situation. His supervisor showed up and quelled the situation, but then was very aggressive and irate over the phone towards me when we tried to discuss the incident. I contacted the Northern Brakes and Transmission, S&F's mechanic to resolve everything, and Steve from Northern Brakes and Transmission was extremely rude to me over the phone. Accidents happen. Companies like Sterling Fell & Northern Brakes and Transmission should be should be penalized for over valuing the repairs that need to be made, and charging exorbitant amounts for something as minor as a side view mirror.

By the way, the driver was double parked in front of a parking garage. He was blocking a ramp, while also doiuble parked.That's a double offense. I dare say, commercial vehicles don't have THAT MUCH leeway.

Addendum: since writing this review, I’ve been pressured by Jason Fell to delete my 1-star review of Northern Brakes & Transmission. I respectfully refused. Northern Brake & Transmission then wrote a scathing reply, rife with lies and inconsistencies. I’ve never been a big Google reviewer. But this interaction went south soooooo fast. I clipped a driver side mirror. I apologized. I paid for the estimate. Other than my mistake while driving, I did NOTHING wrong. By the way, the estimate that was sent to me looked like this-

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place!!! I needed an extremely last minute gift and Jason was more than accommodating. Not only was he able to create a magnificent arrangement but he made the entire process seamless. He offered a few suggestions and I told him to be creative. I was beyond pleased! In little to no time he was able to create a gorgeous unique floral arrangement as well as a beautiful succulent plant. I am so thankful for all of his talent and effort. He was so kind and made the whole experience wonderful! I will be a customer for life!!!! THANK YOU!

Sterling Fell (Alex) did an amazing job on the flowers for our wedding. The bouquets were even better than what I could have imagined! Alex ensured that my vision was carried out and everyone commented on how beautiful the bouquets were. The centerpieces were simple hydrangea stems in mason jars--we were on a budget, but no one would have known as they were cut and arranged beautifully. Alex searched the city for a perfect flower girl basket after I described what I liked and was flexible in terms of accommodating changes after our initial meeting. All in all, I highly recommend Sterling Fell Florist for your wedding venue. These guys will make sure you are happy with the end result.

Sterling Fell & Landgraf Floral Design are truly fabulous to work with. As a long distance customer, in need of a quick local delivery, they have come through on more than one occasion.
They take the time to learn about the customer receiving the arrangement; particular flowers to include or not. Specific colors, etc. I’m attaching pictures of my two most recent purchases.

I chose Sterling Fell Floral Design for two reasons, first its close proximity to the hospital I wanted the floral arrangement delivered and secondly based on the reviews I've read here. I dealt with Nick and was given a two hour window from the time I placed my order until delivery. I asked if I could have a text of the arrangement before delivering and the design team was very obliging. My arrangement arrived as promised and beyond my expectations.
