While enjoying Disneyland we decided to eat outside the park, so we picked PF Chang's. We got there a little after 4pm and were seated immediately. The staff who greeted us at the door were polite and our waiter was friendly and accommodating. We ordered the Chef's Feast for 2. The crispy green beans were the and the hot and sour soup was very good! We both enjoyed the changs chicken dish and the firecracker shrimp ? ?

The food was not the star here. The food lacked a real authentic taste and mouth feel you would expect from a high-end expensive Chinese restaurant. The amount of the serving size was lack luster and the feeling of, I could have gotten more, better and for less and Panda Express. They definitely cater to the tourist and take full advantage of that in their pricing. The exterior was ok but very dark and somber feeling. The place was pretty empty for a Friday at dinner time. There was a general feel of zero enthusiasm throughout every employee working there. The food came out quick and the service speed was not in the category of slow or lacking. Just a place where you would say, this is not a regular spot nor will I want to return anytime soon.

PF Chang's, Anaheim Gardenwalk is a little difficult to get to especially if your not familiar with the parking around the area. It's nestled in a little outdoor shopping mall, best describes its location. Kinda hidden away between the buildings. They do have an outdoor sitting area, nice and cool for those hot sunny days. Inside, it's low lit but that day I'm guessing they were having trouble with their air conditioning bcus it was quite warm and stuffy Inside. A little hard to get comfortable. Our waitress was awesome and quite helpful. Service was quick, we were never ignored. Food came out pretty quick. At PF Chang's the food has always been perfect, no matter the location, and this location did not disappoint. The bar, well stocked and the drinks on point. PF Chang's has always been a little pricey but well worth it. Will definitely be back.

I can't believe this place is so popular or even exists at all, because they are so unsanitary. They seated us at a dirty table and we had to ask them three times to clean it, which they did by sweeping the previous guests' leftovers onto our laps! The highlight of the meal was unrolling our utensils to find a fork adhered to the napkin with an unknown sticky substance. Just go to Panda Express if you want American-style Chinese food — it tastes better and is way cheaper.

The atmosphere was lively and stylish, perfect for a casual night out. Food was fresh and flavorful—we especially loved the lettuce wraps and Mongolian beef. The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but the quality and portions make it worth it.

On a weekday’s evening we visited this place in Anaheim, requesting patio seating. Unfortunately for the service, we were the only people there. And with this we got very little attention. Just to say, the patio offers great seating though.
The food we ordered was ok, but only light warm instead of hot. Portion size was very much under our expectation. We went home still hungry. The quality was not great either, with exception of Singapore noodles. They were really great.
I've been to many other PF Chang's this one I will no any more.

To start, we were told the wait would be 45 minutes, we actually waited an hour and a half. Then after being seated, which the guy did not even say anything to us, we did not get drinks until 20 minutes later, no silver ware or plates. Then an hour later, our food went to a table next to us.. we asked the waiter if that was supposed to be our order and he said "oh you guys had the exact same order?" In a tone like we were trying to swipe the other peoples' food. Which was disheartening and rude. After him moving the dishes to us, we sat there with lukewarm food and no plates or utensils to eat with. Our main server Giselle who was the only one nice to us got us our plates and forks and apologized. She is the only reason it's 2 stars and not one. The food was not hot at all and not very good. Very disappointed with our first experience here.
So tldr; 90$ for 2 entrees, a vegetable fried rice, sodas and eggrolls- that were all not warm and very mid. And for rude host and waiter.. minus Giselle. And we waited 2+ hours to eat.
