Prices are out of control. Lower quality patio furniture is super excessive. However, nice older employee answered all sorts of questions. Advised is of you go online, you can mix and match parts and pieces to the display furniture, that you cannot do when in store. That was very helpful. I am revising the review. We ordered online using a large gift card. Somehow Lowe's shipped my order to Jacksonville Florida where I lived three homes ago, and somehow just a week prior they were able to ship a barbecue grill to my current address without a problem. So I have no idea what went wrong in their ordering system but my address is in the system correctly and somehow they screwed up. I didn't get a refund for half of the items that were sent to Jacksonville they told me literally I would have to go contact the people and get my items back from them so I had to drive 180 mi to go get my stuff. When my furniture arrived I paid extra for assembly and they dropped off six large crates that filled up a bay of my garage. I'm disabled so I couldn't put it together and that's why I paid for them to do it. It took them 3 weeks to pick it back up they made several calls to me saying they were going to bring it back the next day and they never showed up. One time they called and I gave the code to the neighborhood gate and they never showed up. I had to talk to the manager five different times who kept sending me back to the same installed salesperson over and over. It was absolute insanity they could not fix it. It took two months for the furniture to be assembled and delivered back to my house. So much for a memorial day weekend so much for a Father's Day weekend so much for a 4th of July weekend. So be very careful when you order something and if it doesn't come in the condition you want it return it do not accept the delivery.

This is being reviewed further to see why it might not have been sent.

If you are entitled to a refund, it will arrive in an envelope from Federal Warranty Services Corp within 30 days.

If you did not receive an envelope from “Federal Warranty Services Corp” please let us know.

UPDATE TO MY UPDATE: Lowes Protection Plan still has not issued my refund for an insurance plan on an appliance I don't have. And as far as the response from the "Owner" it's the same phone number I've been calling where one can wait an hour to get a hold of a human being, and no help anyway.
UPDATE: Lowes switched out the washer for another one. It took three phone calls and about an hour an a half to get any help. The new washer would not unlock after the delivery people started it. It had tripped the circuit breaker mid-cycle. When I finally figured out why it was locked, I opened the lid and there was rust on the bottom of the washer tub. I had Lowes take it back and I went to Appliance Direct and got a washer that works. In the meantime, I am on hold with Lowes, yet again, because Assurant needs a policy # that I was never given. Lowes sells you the Assurant Policy, but does not return the funds if you return a defective device. You have to get the money back yourself. Can't wait to see how long this will take. Anyone want to guess if I'll be shopping at Lowes online again?

I shop at Lowes often, but in the store. So I didn't think anything of purchasing an Amana washing machine online from them. the machine was delivered on Saturday. It shakes so much I think it will walk out the door. I tried the drum and it's really loose. So I called customer service and the rep stated she could have a tech look at it and if there was an issue that couldn't be fixed I could return it. So now I have a washer I am afraid to use. I made the appointment for between 2:00 to 6:00 for today. The tech person called at 1:51 and said he would be there in 20 minutes to a 1/2 hour. I was at my job and told him I might be a couple minutes late but I would be there. He said he wouldn't wait. I hung up. Someone from dispatch (I guess) called me back. He told me they were required to wait 30 minutes. I said no problem I would be there long before that time. Ten minutes later I got a call from another dispatcher who told me he would only wait for 15 minutes. I told her I should make it at that time, but I was told by somone else that he had to wait 30 minutes. I was on my way out to my care anyway. I rushed and got here in 12 minutes. It was 2:32. HE WAS NOT HERE. I waited figuring maybe he went to get coffee or whatever. 1/2 hour later I didn't here anything so I contacted customer service again. I was afraid to set up an appointment have to wait until Saturday for a pick up. Then it can take 3 - 10 business days to get my money back. So now I'm at two weeks to get a new washer. "Troy" from the management team told me there was nothing they could do. He could not get the same guy out here to do the job he was supposed to do in the first place. He could not get a time frame for the 19th, so now I have to wait until the 21st and who knows when they'll return my money. Additionally, I got a warranty so now it's my responsiblity to call Assurant to get that money back. Great customer service.

I went there to buy carpet and some vinyl flooring, and it was the worst experience I have ever had buying flooring and I will never go to Lowe’s again. George was helpful, but failed to put down what vinyl I was tryin to purchase after phone calls that were unanswered, various transfers With nobody who knew anything. After being told twice that I would get a call back and never received one. I just canceled my whole order and I will go elsewhere. After talking to various people about this situation, it seems like this is par for the course with LoweS. Very poorly run store and company.

After calling Lowe's again, we were told to bring them down to the store, we have the credit card statement of the purchase.

We were helped by the sweetest lady in customer service, who went above and beyond.

She called the manufacturer and got them to issue a RMA.

Awful customer service. We ordered over $7,000 of appliances for our new home and guaranteed delivery by Thursday for a Friday inspection. The subcontractors delivering the items refused because we did not have a concrete driveway. I find that highly unusual considering most of the homes in our rural area are all dirt roads. They could have backed up to our front porch which is all concrete and refused and were rude, even yelled at us. We asked them to simply drop the items where the truck was parked and they would not do that. Needless to say we will not be able to have our final inspection. We also are not able to go pick up the items. When we call customer service in Mount Dora we were told we would have to cancel the whole order and reorder again. They had no apologies, no I'm sorry we'll make this right. They simply did not care. Dealing with this place has done nothing but cost us money. Sorely disappointed in what this company has become. I hope others think about this before ordering items for their home thinking that Lowe's is going to stand by their guarantee.
