How great is this place....very friendly polite....didn’t really know what I wanted as birthday flower gift...they just pulled the color and idea out as we went on. Added some birth stone color and off I was. Will definitely recommend and go back. Thank you guys

Put my order in a day before vday. Day of pick up I realize they left out 2 things I wanted in my arrangement. I caught 1 while there and they quickly threw in what I was missing. It wasn’t until later in the evening after I left that I realized they left out another item in my arrangement. Obviously it’s my fault for not double checking, but for $90+ and with them having the instructions literally written out in front of them (the lady at the front wrote what I wanted on my receipt). Bonus: they pressed me about if I paid for the flowers already when I had furnished the receipt, when they were ready to let me leave with the incomplete arrangement. After I had told them about the missing item, then they wanted to hold off and make sure I paid for the entire thing as if they weren’t just about to let me walk out with an incomplete arrangement. Nearly made me late for my reservations. This could’ve been avoided on my part by being more attentive and diligent but for the money I paid, I expect better service and better quality of the item I paid for. Go to the flower spot on the corner of Eliot and fresh pond smh.

Such a beautiful bouquet! Wasn’t sure what I was looking for and they put this together in less than 5 minutes. Price was very reasonable, too.

My cousin from Illinois sent me a flowers and I didn't receive them till 8 o'clock that evening. Then a few days later the flowers all started to die.She called several times but they just ignored her. With no apology or saying we will replace them or at least a partial credit. Don't ever get flowers from this florist.
