I recommend Franz James Floral Boutique and would give 11/10 stars if I could. My mother was gifted a stunning custom arrangement for her 70th birthday from Franz James Floral Boutique. It was so beautiful, decadent, colorful and thoughtfully crafted. It really represented a celebration of life and certainly made my mother's birthday all the more special! Franz and his team were an absolute DREAM! I came in with a vision for a very special arrangement, and he brought it to life. They truly create unique pieces of artwork, and I will most definitely be using them again. Highly highly recommend! Two people sent me flowers for my birthday and they are gorgeous! Very well designed, not messy at all, very thoughtful. I recommend calling as I heard that was easier to get exactly what was wanted. I also had to call to change delivery day and they were very responsive. Love a local high end harlem florist.

I called from out of state on a holiday to request flowers for a family member in the hospital -- Franz happened to hear my message and called me even though they were closed. He was so generous with his time helping me choose the right arrangement, and he lifted my spirits with his upbeat personality.
