I give Flowers from the Heart a score of 10+ for their superb efficient customer service. I searched online for a florist near Davenport and after reading the online reviews decided to order from Flowers from the Heart. While making the online order, I failed to verify the recipient's address and realized too late I made a mistake. I promptly called the Florist and they were very understanding and resolved my error immediately. I live over 1200 miles away and wanted to brighten my relative's day with chearful flowers. The flower arrangement delivered was above and beyond my expectation. I highly recommend Flowers from the Heart. Most definitely my go to Florist.

Highly recommend Flowers from the Heart I was looking for a place in Florida to send my aunt flowers for her birthday. I am in Connecticut so after a few phone calls to other florists, I spoke with Kayla and felt very comfortable, knowing that my order was going to be perfect! Michelle did an amazing job!! My aunt was very happy with her flowers for her 80th birthday. Thanks again!

Absolutely beautiful! I ordered a birthday basket on Friday afternoon for my sister’s birthday. It was ready for pickup Saturday morning at 11. The arrangement is stunning and my sister loves it.

Will never use this flower shop again. My boyfriend (who is on deployment) ordered flowers that were supposed to be delivered to me ON Valentine's Day and there was supposed to be a note that he wrote to me. The flowers that were ordered are called 'Love You More Than Ever" which is a bouquet filled with roses and white flowers. Valentine's Day passed and still nothing had come in the mail so we called to find out what was going on. The lady on the phone said flowers will be coming, there will be an apology, and my boyfriend will be refunded. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate all that but I received flowers one week after Valentine's Day and they are not what was ordered. There is a picture below to show was came. Three roses, some purple flowers but no note from my boyfriend. Nothing about this order was right and I do not recommend this company at all.
