I have really enjoyed FSN. I appreciate that the florist gets the entire amount of their costs without any hidden fees. And they take the credit card processing fee. The only thing that I would like to see improved is 1. I have a beer and wine license and I am not able to offer this on the website because of their merchant vendor, and 2. I would like to be able to provide a receipt for our customers with the full amount paid. We have businesses that the receipt needs to match the charge. Other than that, all is great!

I have now been waiting 22 days for a refund that has been promised on three occasions now. I ordered in good faith and was informed that they could not fulfil the order. They promised a refund within 2 business days. 22 days later nothing. This website is a scam!

The people who I have talked with who work with FSN are very nice so that’s who get the stars. I haven’t had a single order in 3 weeks since signing up with FSN so trying to figure out if I should cancel or wait a few more weeks.

It's been 2 months with FSN. So far so good. I have a Teleflora and FTD, both they are taking out so much fees. However, the FSN is sending us 100% profit online orders and direct deposit every 2 weeks, which saved my business running. Their customer services and the follow up cares are a great! We have only received a small amount of orders. We belong to Teleflora and because we have our website through them we get 97% of our orders through this website. FSN has always paid us very promptly. I have no complaints.
