I have been coming here for the last few years and I really like it. My favorite part about this nail salon is they only do natural nail manicure and pedicures, which means no nasty smells. The polish colors are nicely laid out so it’s easy to pick a color. I wish they did gel polish for pedicures but they only do for manicures. I like they take appointments, which means no waiting! I highly recommend technicians Jessica and Isabella, they always do a great job! Don’t forgot to sign up for their rewards program.

I went here for an eyebrow waxing in June 2021. The shape of my brows were fine. However, the tech who waxed my eyebrows left me with scars beneath my eyebrows after ripping off a layer of skin. Attached are pictures of the damage done. Because of this when a different technician from a new store did my eyebrows the skin was so brittle it ripped off again. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to get my eyebrows waxed again because of this.

Judy was so gentle and kind. I walked in on a Saturday around 10:30am, and they were able to get me started for a pedicure with in a few minutes!

I wish I can say I had a lovely experience but I did not. When presenting Ashely with my desired shape, and design instead of saying she could not do it (pink base with a little heart in the middle) she told me it would be “too expensive” only to still charge me for a design in the end. I asked for a short coffin and what I left with was ultra thick, square nails. And after being charged an additional $10 for shaping I should have gotten the shape that I requested. I calmly communicated my lack of satisfaction with grace however, that was met with belittling condescension and eye rolls. When it was time to correct my nails she was rude and was not willing to correct it without protest. I’m thankful that Moriah came and advocated for me otherwise I would be stuck with ugly chunky nails for Valentine’s Day. I won’t be back for another service, I understand that people have off days but if I’m paying $100 plus tip for a service, I should be greeted and treated kindly. It was heart breaking to come in for self care and be treated redly, but to see other women coming in and having their coats removed with a smile and warm greeting really made me sad.

I love coming to this salon for pedicures and gel manicures. I recently had Isabella do my nails and she did an amazing job! Really took her time with my gel manicure and the detail shows as they look perfect! If you can treat yourself to one of their upgraded pedicures that includes a leg massage - definitely do it! My feet and legs felt so good afterwards. Please check them out!

Awful pedicure. First, they don’t do gel pedicures. Unusual these days, but okay, we were fine with traditional pedicures. Kim could not have been less interested in providing me with even adequate service. My $30 pedicure took less than 20 minutes. She set a timer for the “massage” portion of the service, but then proceeded to answer the phone and move around the salon providing instruction to staff/other customers. There were several staff members standing around with no customers, but instead my service was repeatedly interrupted. Still took less than 20 minutes. My polish is too thick and has noticeable lines in it, but I was too annoyed to even ask for it to be fixed. Kim began cleaning up immediately after she painted my nails and literally pulled the towel out from under my feet. She didn’t even have the courtesy to ask me to raise my feet or move to another chair. Floris advertises itself as serene and pampering, but I could have gotten better service at any strip-mall nail place.
