Just recently moved to Florida and I have never had to experience such horrible service through what we call back in Ohio jfs but down here dcs I. I cannot get get and information on benefits I messaged them called them and get nowhere but hung up on claim there to busy. Can anyone tell me when they got there food card once approved.

I keep getting locked out of my account, despite knowing my user name and password, and I actually got through once last week and the password was reset for 24 hours, it was not reset and now once again, I cannot get them on the phone, or get into my account. I know from having a family member work there that they are understaffed to the nth degree. This is no excuse. I just got a notice of a telephone hearing, it was set for Friday, March 17th at 9:00 am, I didn’t receive the notice until March 17 at 5:00 pm. It’s a real problem when the staff admits the issues with the online accounts being locked out and then sends a late notice to you. If the almighty wills it, I would never wish to have to use any of these services. It’s hard to leave a bad review when you really need something but what else can I do? This isn’t acceptable from any employer I have ever worked for, but this agency sure has issues and they never address them in any timely manner. I wish they’d listen and correct their internal issues, I know they overwork the staff they do have.

I really hate leaving bad reviews but I went to log in to our account and it said that the account is no longer active and to make a new one, I tried and entered our case information and it tells me that’s wrong.(which it’s not) I scheduled a call back time and they called me back…but not at the right time) I’ve now been on hold for going on 3 hours. I understand lack of staff but come on..3 hours and counting?

Why is it no matter what number you call for DCF, no one is ever available to take your call. They have a call center and yet you can’t speak to ANYONE. this is horrible service. Millions of Floridians can’t get their questions answered because DCF has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I have called many times and can't get anyone. The automated service is useless, it's pretty much a joke. They should be ashamed of themselves....!!!!!

Because of Ms Elizabeth ceaser and have been trying to tell her that the SS office has been talking money's out of my husband William S.Roberts monthly check every months like$
$168.00 monthly check so now my husband William S.Roberts have pay for his Insurance like a $169.00
So I am sending a letter to the better business bureau in Washington DC
Now so it's gone to them now
