These people are truly pathetic. I’m an owner here and the building doesn’t have roof insurance ( Which cost me a sale since I’m a realtor) Mind you hurricane season just started . How can a building not be insured for several months now & during hurricane season

Also, I was outside and a rail of a condo above me fell into my patio ! Luckily I was ok and nothing happen but it scared the living day lights out of me !

They barely answer their phone calls , emails . Very unprofessional, disorganized, just take your HOA and special assessment and do nothing with it.

And oh yeah , not having the roof insured and almost injuring their own residents with pieces of the balcony falling into peoples patio .

Worst customer service. I wish there were negative stars. I have emailed consistently since November to take care of an issue I have. Jenny Cabrera the property manager will email back sure we got it. Month later follow up no answer. Follow up a week later no answer. I’ll add the customer service email and the receptionist then I’ll get an answer of “we are taking care of it”. Then a month later nothing I email no answer with 2 more follow up emails. I threaten to go over her head to a manager. Then I’ll get the same response. I have asked for proof of the action taken for my issue. With no avail. It’s now 7 months later and nothing. I have to call which I’m followed up by “in a meeting” so I can’t talk to the property manager. This is ridiculous. We pay a lot of money for services that are not being provided and from the reviews I’m reading here I do not know how this place is still allowed to run. They are robbing us of services that they are there to provide.

This is the absolute worst property management company in the business. Our HOA decided to switch to this company and it was the biggest mistake they have made in my humble opinion. No one ever answers the phone. You wait an eternity to get an answer to an email if you even get one at all. Site visits never happen, and if they do, they only do selective enforcement and visit certain properties while ignoring others. To say they are awful is an understatement. Avoid them all costs.

I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with this HOA company. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, I have yet to receive any form of response or communication from them. It's disheartening to see how quick they are to send out notices regarding payments, yet when it comes to providing assistance or addressing concerns, their responsiveness is non-existent. The lack of support and communication has made dealing with them an absolute nightmare. I am thoroughly disappointed and would not recommend their services to anyone.

I have only good things to say about Florida Advanced Properties, my company Extra Mortgage and I had an excellent experience, we worked with Sarah, Heizel and the manager Janet and all three of them were incredible and very efficient. They helped us multiple times, the communication and assistance were always fast.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Florida Advance Properties.

My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare.
I have diligently attempted to secure approval for new tenants through Florida Advance Properties for several weeks. To my dismay, I discovered that the process was abruptly stopped due to an alleged debt on my part. This so-called debt, which contradicts my accounting records, should have been communicated formally. After days of follow-up, the company assured me they would call me back with an explanation. These promises were empty, as I have yet to receive any communication and continue waiting.
The unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and overall negligence demonstrated by this company are frustrating and unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and seek services elsewhere.

Horrible experience! I have been trying to reach them over a month now. Called, sent emails, left messages, and nothing! No one has gotten back to me, no one has answered any of my phone calls or my emails. As someone mentioned before, they changed their system and I have questions regarding it. No one to speak to! Very frustrated with this company! I would give them zero stars, if I could!

Do you and your loved ones enjoy getting booted? Do you enjoy swerving in and out of lanes to avoid potholes? Do you enjoy waiting days for email responses only to be told “the board is reviewing your case”? Look no further than the worst property management company I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I have been living in my community for years now and still have to fight with the association to stop booting my car in my own spot. Everyone in my community had to pay for a decal for an automatic gate that does not work. I have been nothing but professional and calm in all my emails. I have received nothing but short and dismissive emails from every interaction. I have never write a Google review before but my patience has worn thin. If you would like to meet in person, good luck. They close at 4pm so anyone working normal hours would have to take time off to work to deal with any issues you may have. I wish I could put 0/5 stars.
