I want to start by saying their mission statement or mantra "honesty and integrity" are an understatement. Marco has been our 2nd home for more than 37 years and as a homeowner that is away you know we rely on the time and talent of others. After Hurricane Irma we sustained some minor damage and part of that was our A/C system or air handler went out. All about air is the preferred vendor for South Seas and we needed the air or just a fan working or the damage could have been much worse. Every last person at that office was kind, courteous, and most of all empathetic to our needs. They installed everything and We were very satisfied customers. Fast forward to last week almost a year later. We are selling our unit and during the typical inspection there was some minor issues that could have held up the closing, they took care of all of it! Everyone there on the island is still backlogged from permit issues to companies just out to take advantage NOT THEM they came in on the proverbial white horse and saved the day!!! Rob was fantastic, The owner went out of his way 2 days in a row to do the paperwork end of it and the staff at the front desk is literally an angel! Thank you all for being there. I will never ever use or recommend anyone else!

What a fantastic company I cannot use enough adjectives to describe them. I reached out to them through Angie. Within minutes I received a call back to schedule a visit same day. Reece came out looked at our situation which included relocating our indoor unit from the attic to the ground floor. He provided us a fair estimate and his team was able to come out the very next day to do the work. All his employees arrived on time and were very respectful of our home. They worked late into the night to get us back and running. I would recommend them for all your AC needs. It’s hard to find AC companies today that do what they say and you can trust All About Air is certainly that.

My experience with All About Air was a positive one, and I will continue to use this company because honesty, integrity and kindness are of utmost importance to me.
The owner, Reece Gardner came to my home to diagnose the problem and offer solutions. I appreciated his knowledge and expertise in solving an issue that several other companies before him couldn't even diagnose let alone solve. His employees, Cindy and Axel were also very kind, courteous and professional in their interactions with me.
After dealing with a very frustrating situation for several months in my new home, All About Air came in and corrected it in no time! They installed a Reme-Halo and all I can say is that thing is fantastic!! The air in my home is fresh and clean every minute of every day. I highly recommend this company.

I having been using this company for about 10 years. I have lived in Naples for 32 years and have used many a/c companies. But All About Air is different -they have always been honest and reliable. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs replacement, service or repairs to their a/c system. You don't find air conditioning companies like this anymore, Naples is lucky to have them. I recently had my whole unit replaced in my condo in Naples FL. on the 21 Feb 2016. I called All About Air after finding them on Google and seeing they have good reviews. Adam came in and gave me a good estimate and recommend the type of unit to purchase. I agreed and the installers came in and installed the unit. I could not be happier. Adam was very professional and very knowledgable about this subject. You can tell he takes pride and makes sure the customer is happy. The installers that came in also were very professional. They did an excellent job making sure it was done right and to my liking. They were very cautious about keeping the area clean and making sure the unit was installed properly. I recommend this company due to their knowledge of the product, installation and pricing. By the way I had a Trane heating and AC installed, love it!

The owner is very knowledgeable and professional and nice. I live in Everglades City ( Irma gave me 5 foot of water and wiped out my air conditioner - heat pump) so I wanted my new unit and registers above the flood level even though my floor is not. My install is very unusual and he handled it great.
