Exceptional Mold Remediation Service - Highly Recommended!

After my mother was released from the hospital following medical complications, I went to her house to make sure everything was clean and ready for her return. While cleaning, we discovered a large puddle in the roof of her closet, which had led to mold growth. We knew we needed professional help immediately.

I reached out to a company we had used before for AC work, and they recommended James and his company, FL Cleanup. From the very first conversation, James was incredibly understanding of our situation. Since I live far from my mother and she was home alone, he made sure to keep me in the loop throughout the process. He stayed on FaceTime with me, carefully assessing the situation and creating a clear plan of action. He even climbed into the ceiling to show me the leaking pipe that was causing the mold problem.

James explained their thorough mold removal process step by step. They started by cleaning up all visible mold, then left specialized drying equipment in place for two days to ensure the area was completely dry, preventing future mold growth. On the third day, they applied a Chlorine Dioxide gas treatment, which James explained penetrates deep into porous surfaces like wood and drywall to eliminate mold spores at their source. This treatment not only killed the mold but also disinfected the area, removing bacteria, viruses, and any lingering odors. By the end of the process, the closet was mold-free, fresh, and thoroughly sanitized, giving me peace of mind that my mother’s environment was safe and healthy.

James went above and beyond by also providing referrals for a plumber to fix the leak and someone to repair the drywall. Throughout the entire process, he made me feel comfortable and confident that my mother was in good hands, even though I couldn’t be there in person.

I always believe that when someone is a good person, they will do good in business, and James is a perfect example of that. His kindness and professionalism made a difficult situation so much easier to handle.
