It saddens me to write this because I'm on the search for a dependable, local florist in Pinellas that offers unique and/or tropical arrangements. I ordered flowers for Mother's day to be delivered Friday before the Sunday holiday. The online ordering system kept jumping from field to field and I wasn't sure the order was properly placed. I was relieved to get a confirmation message upon purchase, but from that point things just went downhill. I received a delivery confirmation that Friday but my mother never got the delivery. I called the shop in St. Pete and they said their calendar shows my order or the following Friday. I asked why I would get a delivery confirmation and they couldn't explain it. I then asked when the next available delivery date was and they said Weds after Mother's Day. Not ideal, but okay. On Weds the flowers were not delivered! On Thursday I called multiple times and never received a call back. On Friday I called and spoke to a staff member who said she was "really busy and could call me back later" to which I replied yes, but it has to be before you close at 3pm because I'm requesting a refund. Miraculously, the flowers were delivered a few hours later. They never called back. The arrangement itself was beautiful HOWEVER I upgraded in price to the medium-sized tropical and the arrangement my mother received only came with three paradise stems (which was pictured on the small). Kind of annoying. I see some great reviews, but I avoiding this florist unless you want to follow-up multiple times. The reviews reflect how they aren't consistent, and the steep price of these arrangements should include the piece of mind that your order is completed properly and timely. This order totaled $115. Notice how they only respond to the 5-star reviews; they do not care to have good customer service nor make right on any of the customers they disappointed.

The picture on the right is what I ordered for my best friend on Administrative Professionals Day through Teleflora. The picture on the left is what she received. I received an email stating the arrangement was delivered before noon on 24Apr2024 but the person accepting the arrangement verified that it wasn't delivered until 7 pm that evening and he placed it on her desk. The delivery site is a factory with a front office that is only open during standard working hours. The florist was unwilling to make good on the poor quality of the arrangement, but Teleflora has issued a full refund and is sending the correct arrangement today through another florist.

Do NOT order flowers from here. My grandpa ordered my mom flowers from here from a third party site. First of all the name was spelled wrong not a big deal but an important touch. Another thing they scammed him he paid a good amount of money and they sent her this. Two flowers to her door. This is so beyond disappointing. Please make this right immediately. You need to be transparent about what people are getting. Because otherwise this is a scam and you should be out of business. No florist I know would ever be ok sending out a two flower bouquet. This is not what’s advertised.

Beautiful arrangement was delivered to my home. I wasn’t home. Thankfully, they called and texted to let me know they arrived. One week later the flowers were still stunning. I had to look at who delivered them because when I order flowers I want to a great quality product for my loved ones.

I actually tell my non-Floridian friends and family NOT TO SEND me flowers! I’ve had bad experiences, too many to mention! That said, my brother and sister-in-law surprised me with a Get Well Bouquet from St. Pete’s Absolutely Beautiful Florida. The arrangement made me smile, boosted my spirits, so adorable, clever! Thank you so much.

I just received flowers from here and I was so disappointed I don’t know how long they have been sitting on my front door but they are half wilted and browning and the water it got delivered in is absolutely disgusting. I was only gone about two-three hours and these flowers are old. They left the flower arrangement without someone being home to receive it. That’s never happened, Especially in Florida. I’ve also never received a flower arrangement in dirty water until now with this company. Waste of someone’s hard earned money. There’s no scent at all in the bouquet.
Very very disappointed. Do not recommend.
