When I wandered into florist I had no intention of spending more than $100. Upon being so graciously, calmly + compassionately greeted by employee Ōsmár - that plan was immediately derailed .. $200 later the most beautiful bouquet arrived. Ōsmár’s gift of listening to my needs, while applying his personal expertise, and physically walking me from one refrigerator to the other, making my selection of flowers come to life before my eyes.

I’ve never had an experience like this before, making the bouquet more meaningful than I could have imagined.

A person like Ōsmár elevates an experience exponentially, his acute customer service skills to desire a great outcome no matter what (which is what I felt from him) are skills that can’t be taught. I actually feel very lucky to have had him.

The selection of flowers were vast and unique, and his coworkers appeared to be equally interested in making sure other customers had a great experience.

I should note that my original plan of not spending more than $100 was very possible, but after I saw what that would look like verses what Ōsmár showed me was possible - the difference was night and day.

2 of the filler Flowers died within 24 hours. I took them back and nicely asked if they could swap out for two live filler flowers. The five peonies and filler leaves/flowers were $140. they rudely told me I didn’t understand flowers and could not swap them. Terrible customer service. I would suggest going to the flower district on 28th between six and seventh where they have gorgeous reasonable bouquets. Eight peonies there were half the price

I was having trouble finding white tulips at multiple shops but this place had them! I called and sent pictures for how I wanted it to be wrapped and it just came out the way I wanted them to be. Thank you Sam for the help! The flowers are fresh and great quality!
