You can take what you want from this, but I would just like to explain how my experience went with Cooper's. I ordered online a really beautiful arrangement that just reminded me of my mom, as a surprise for her. She's been having a rough week and lives out of town, so I wanted to do something nice for her. I paid over $80 to have it delivered to her house. They called me shortly after I completed my order, and told me that wasn't available, it was a special order item. I was bummed, but we just discussed doing something else. I waited ALL day to hear from my mom, and finally called my dad at 6pm to see if she had received it. She had not. He told me that she had received a text about a delivery but she doesn't check her phone regularly, and when she finally saw it she just thought it was spam, because she wasn't expecting anything. They were already closed so I called them first thing this morning to see what happened. I knew she was home all day so I knew that wasn't the issue. They said they reached out to her prior to even attempting a delivery. They said they do that so the delivery man doesn't waste trips. When they didn't hear back, they just left it alone and didn't even attempt to deliver at all. They did finally take it today around 12:30, and although my mom was very happy, I am not.
First, they shouldn't have things available online for same day delivery if they don't have it and it's a "special order item." Secondly, they completely ruined the surprise by reaching out to her PRIOR to delivery, and then not even attempting the delivery period is crazy to me. Never heard of a flower shop working this way. Lastly, the arrangement that my mother received was pretty, but definitely not worth the $80+ I spent on it.
I personally wouldn't use them again.
