A true bait and switch! This is the large version of a valentine bouquet. It’s not supposed to have a single daisy in it yet has 2 dozen. This has happened multiple times. I implore this place to do better or we will go to the bodega for a better bouquet at 1/5th the cost. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.

1800 flowers charged my credit card twice when I called the customer service representative told me it was because the system was trying to recognize my debit card. I asked him if he charges everyone who orders flowers twice and he kept giving me same answer so I asked him to put a manager on the phone and he never got back to me with manager. Do not order flowers from this place they are awful.

Your customer service reps needs a whole evaluation to the meaning of serving your customers needs. They provide no answers to anything. I spoke to two representatives on the phone plus miko through text all useless in regards to handling my situation. Speaking of which your website says my flowers has been delivered today but to come find out it never was delivered. Which sent me to an endless loop cycle of trying to figure that out. Then I finally get a hold of my tracking number no thanks to anyone from the customer service representatives, I was transferred to a third party who was able to provide me a tracking which states that it’ll be delivered the 14th.. my flowers was scheduled to be delivered the 12-13.. not the 14th where my girlfriend and I will be traveling away. What will be the point if she can’t see the flowers while we’re away?! Extremely disappointed. Will not be shopping again. Will demand a refund if not delivered by tomorrow.highly do not recommend to shop here. #Scam

Ordered a funeral arrangement. It asked what time the service was. I wrote 12:00 noon. The flower arrangement showed up at 1:40 when the first service was ending. What an absolute embarrassment I will never order anything from 1-800 flowers again. Shame on them. For such a sensitive occasion they should have notified us if they were not able to meet the time commitment.

The fruit bouquet was okay even though some of the fruits looked a bit old. It was also delivered on time, however, neither the website nor the delivery driver notified me of the delivery (yes I signed up for email and text notifications) and the bouquet had to sit outside ON THE FLOOR for hours before I realized it was delivered.

I ordered a large Spooky Pumpkin Boutique online and what I got is nothing like the picture. I ordered this particular boutique because I liked the contrast of the dark flowers with the white roses and carnations. Instead, I essentially received 6 roses, an overkill of babies breath, a few eucalyptus stems, and a lot of carnations.

I called the customer service line and the gentleman over the phone assured me that he could replace my order with something that looked more similar to the original photo. He was understanding and great!

I get an email that these replacement flowers were delivered. Even though I didn’t receive any notifications this time that someone was entering my building.

I get home and the replacement flowers are no where to be found. Not in the lobby, at my door, or in the package room.

I notified the customer service chat and got nothing. No care, no compassion, no replacement. No resolve.

I legit love flowers and had prematurely signed up for Passport because I had planned to purchase flowers on a regular basis.

Won’t be doing that.

The worst EVER...... I paid for an XL bouquet and what they make and delivered was a small bouquet in a vase with all different flowers in it.... This flower shop should be out of business. A scam shop in my eyes.

I ordered a wreath of white flowers and a standing spray, also white flowers. The flowers were delivered on time to the funeral parlor in Queens Village and lit up the room on such a sad occasion as my father’s death. They added beauty and dignity to the visitation and funeral service. I highly recommend this company and would use their services again.
